• Shipping your item/s to us comes at your own cost. As a super small brand, unfortunately we are currently unable to accommodate the price of take-back shipping - but this is something we may work towards in the future.
• Items are sent at your own risk - we cannot guarantee the delivery of any items posted to us, and recommend using a tracked service, if this is a concern.

IMPORTANT: Please email hello@mylittlegreenwardrobe.com and let us know what's on its way - a rough description is fine.

This is so we can issue your account with a credit voucher correctly.

If you're unsure whether the items you bought came from MLGW, get in touch on the same address with a photo/description and we can let you know!

We'll email you a voucher worth £5 which can be redeemed on a purchase of £25 or more.

You can use this against new, sale and re:wardrobe second hand items. It cannot be used in combination with 3 for 2 offers, or other discount codes.

Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers cannot be used to buy gift cards. Voucher credit expires after 12 months. 

• Do you take everything back?

We will happily accept items previously bought from My Little Green Wardrobe that are in a re-saleable condition. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept used socks, tights or underwear.

We have three tiers of Re:Wardrobe baby & kids' second hand clothes. Please ensure the items you send back are washed and adhere to one of the following tiers...

1. Brand New With Tags - in perfect, unworn condition

2. Very Good Condition - in almost as-new condition, with few signs of wear

3. Gently Worn - this item has been worn, but still has plenty of life left in it. There may be signs of wear eg. bobbling / pilling, or small imperfections.

Items that are dirty or which do not fall into one of the above tiers will be passed to a textile recycling partner, and we will be unable to issue a voucher.

• I can't remember if my items came from My Little Green Wardrobe...

If you are unsure if your items came from MLGW, you can firstly check your online account with us - by logging into your profile.

• Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click here.
• Log in to your account: 

• In the Email field, enter the email address you used to make the purchase, and then click Continue.
• In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
• Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

• How much will I get for my items?

You will receive a £5 voucher each time you send in preloved items.

• What if I have more than one item?

We issue one £5 voucher each time you send a parcel back - even if it contains more than one garment. 

If you have a few things to send back we encourage you to send them together, as the aim of our take back scheme is to provide a service to help children's clothes find new homes, rather than being a money-making scheme - either for you or us.

All clothes are thoroughly checked, washed and cleaned before we despatch them.

Returns: While we accept returns on Re:Wardrobe items, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on these sales. Thank you for your understanding.
